Hofbrauhaus in Las Vegas, Nevada

HOFBRAUSHAUS in Las Vegas if you want a different experience off the strip. The buffets can get old because its such a standard in Las Vegas. How about going and trying something from Europe? When it gets packed, its a good reason to meet people and be social. They have large community tables to encourage talking. So throw that pretentiousness out the door. It’s not so bad being forced to meet new people. Europeans do it all the time! So chill out and eat some BRATWURST and Gilden’s Mustard 🙂 Hell….if you are feeling hungry then go for a pretzel and do a slice of black forest cake to finalize your cultural experience. Oh….and I forgot the most important part, you can drink your beer in a plastic/glass boot!

Hofbrau Haus in Las Vegas!

Nürnberger Rostbratwürstl AKA: Pork Sausages accompanied with sauerkraut, nestled on top of a bed of mashed potatoes! Around $13.00 for the plate which beats the cost of flying to Deutschland. A great dish to try out if you are a first timer. Although, if you want variety, try the “Münchner Weisswürste – From the Bavarian Sausage Heaven! Two of Munich’s famous white sausages (Veal and Pork) traditionaly Poached or grilled with freshly baked original Pretzel and Sweet Mustard imported from Munich.”

If you go in the day, parking is not a problem at all. It shares a lot with a hotel. There is valet available. Go here during the evening when it is loud and boisterous. We didn’t get to hear any polka. Also, they show soccer games here which would be phenomenal this summer when the Euro Cup is going on.

Great gift shop with cool shirts, liederhosen, flags, mugs and crazy kitchen aprons! Definitely an experience worth having! Go with friends or family!

Hofbräuhaus Signature Item

Just like the one in Munich, minus the beer lockers. The pictures below show a few snapshots of the Hofbrauhaus in Munich, Germany. The Polka, the actual Bavarian men in full Bavarian Dress were LEGIT in Munich. We sat next to a Bavarian man who asked us to watch his beer stein while he went to the restroom. Of course he couldn’t speak English, so it was a few grunts and we knew to nod our heads and say “javol” (Yes, indeed/yes sir)
